How to Apply

  Step 1: The first step in the process is to 

submit an online application

Your application is our first 'look' at you as a prospective tenant. Make sure you take your time and fill it out as completely and honestly as possible. A thoughtfully submitted application is much more likely to be approved.

 Step 2: The next step is to download and print a

lease

 For your convenience, there is a printable lease available for download here. Be sure to complete it carefully. If you have any questions about it feel free to call us at 315-717-0031.  Step 3: Have the Lease Notarized

You can find a Notary Public at most banks. Take the lease with you and sign it in front of them. Then have them sign and stamp it.

 Step 4: Mail the Lease and Payments to us

 A Security Deposit of $375.00 is due with the lease.

If you are submitting your lease AFTER JULY 1st, you will also need to include the $300.00 Advance Rent Payment.
