Payment Plans
Pricing is Per Student
All students must submit a Security Deposit of $375.00 at the time of signing.
All students must also submit an Advance Rent Payment of $300.00 at the time of signing OR by July 1st (whichever is later)
After these payments have been made, students will choose the Payment Plan that is right for them.
1 Bedroom Apartments - $3800.00/semester or $7600.00/year
2 Bedroom Apartments - $3250.00/semester or $6500.00/year
3 & 4 Bedroom Apartments - $3250.00/semester or $6500.00/year
Payment Plan A: Pay Year in full by September 1st
Students who pay the year in full by September 1 will receive a $300.00 Discount off the total price
Payment Plan B: Pay Semester in full by September 1st & January 1st
Students who pay the semester in full by September 1st and January 1st respectively will receive a $100.00 Discount off the total price
Payment Plan C: Pay Monthly
There will be 9 total monthly payments beginning on September 1st with the final payment on May 1st
Monthly payment for a 1 Bedroom Apartment = $812.00
Monthly payment for a 2, 3, or 4 Bedroom Apartment = $689.00
Payment Plan D: The Financial Aid Plan
Students who pay using Financial Aid are allowed to make payments which coincide with Financial Aid Check disbursements from the school.
The payment schedule is as follows:
October 20 $1000.00
November 20 Balance of semester
Bal. 1 Bdrm Apartment = $2650.00
Bal. 2+ Bdrm Apartments = $2100.00
March 15 $1000.00
April 15 Balance of semester
Bal. 1 Bdrm Apartment = $2650.00
Bal. 2+ Bdrm Apartments = $2100.00
Payment Plan E: The Hybrid Payment Plan
This plan utilizes small monthly payments along with a bulk payment when Financial Aid is disbursed. This plan offers you the opportunity to save a little money as well.
